Chapter 49: The Murder Of David Carter-Where is Tamera Williams?

David Carter was a beloved father, son, and friend. He was a valued employee, volunteered for the local football league, and even had his own business. he was also dating Tamera Williams who was more than a little possessive. after 6 months, David had enough and broke things off with her and Tamera decided, if she couldn't have him, no one could.

Tamera is described as 5’5”, about 190 lbs and has black hair and brown eyes, although, again, she. Is known to change her hair a lot. Her one identifying feature is a large tattoo of a rose on her left shoulder. The reward for information leading to her arrest is now at 10,000 dollars.
